Things to Do
We’re so excited for our favorite people to experience the southern Maine seacoast that we’ve fallen in love with over the past few years. While Kittery Point has become our “home base” thanks to Erica’s sister-in-law, Charlotte, and older brother, Andrew, we hope you’ll find some time (or even extend your trip!) to check out some of our favorite spots in the area.
If you’re planning a longer stay, we highly recommend checking out Ogunquit, often affectionately referred to as “Maine’s answer to Provincetown.” With independent shops, great restaurants, and a few lively bars lining the streets of its quaint and easygoing downtown area, plus 3.5 miles of sandy beaches, including Ogunquit Beach (voted one of the country’s best beaches), it’s truly a must-visit. We’re excited to share a few of our favorite places in Portsmouth, NH and Kittery, ME below.
Portsmouth, NH

Lil’s Cafe
A must-go for their famous maple crullers & a solid cup of coffee, plus pastries, breakfast items, and sandwiches (bonus: The Juicery, an organic juice & smoothie bar, has a location right outside of Lil’s. We like to pair a maple cruller from Lil’s with a Juicery green juice for ~balance~.)

An intimate craft cocktail bar with an extensive, impressive, and absolutely delicious drink menu
FOLK
An independent boutique selling gifts, home goods, natural wine, and more
